Klein ATTITUDE 1992 Sunburst in 22" Klein-typical X-Large in original paintwork from the first owner. Invoice and original Klein Owners Manual and Rock Shox are included. The bike came from an older gentleman who passed away about 8 years ago and whose widow has now given the bike away. The bike has not been ridden for about 12 years and was only used on the road in flat Hamburg.
The frame has no dents, no cracks but after 30 years there are a few scratches and signs of use here and there. The original paint is in good condition, has a few fades (where the bell and light clamps used to be) and glows intensely in the sun. The pictures give a good impression.
The bike is equipped as follows:
Frame: KLEIN Attitude size 22" paint finish Sunburst
Suspension fork: Rock Shox MAG 21 SL Ti (keeps the air and springs properly)
Headset: KLEIN industrial bearings (still in top condition)
Gear shift: Grip Shift STR800 X-Rays 8 speed (very good condition)
Brake lever: Magura HS
Brakes: Magura HS with Kool Stop pads
Rear derailleur: Shimano XTR M900
Front derailleur: Shimano XTR M900
Wheels: Mavic Cross Ride (almost new)
Handlebar: Klein MC1
Crank: Shimano XTR M900 (a few oxidation spots)
Bottom bracket: KLEIN industrial bearings
Stem: KLEIN MC1
Seatpost: ZOOM Lightweight
Saddle: Selle Italia Flite Titanium
Tyres: Continental and Schwalbe (as good as new)
A matching sleeve for the top tube is included to convert back
to be able to convert to cantilever.
The bike is barely over 10kg, runs great and is fun to ride.
