Hello there, im new here and wondering if you could help.

I recently picked up and Kastan Full SDuspension MTB and I'm really struggling to find out more about it.

I am aware of the history of Kastan Redline and Giant etc but nothing regarding anymore of these backs on the market etc.

Hopefully someone might know.

Cheers!! Screenshot_20220130-145154~2.png

Hi,
Kastan made some nice Mountain Bikes for a number of years in Mid 90ties.
Especially their Aluminium frame called VLR was very nice.

In Germany frames and some Kastan parts like stems had been sold via a legendary distributor Hajo's.

Here is a nice build of an VLR

The Full suspension bikes from Kastan seem to be very rare. I never came across any bike or information.
However, here's another similar thread looking for more details:

It looks like at least on Facebook someone said that Kastan also made the Giant ATX990 and sold a few in their own name as well.
That could be, as Kastan was also producing earlier the rear frame for the Mantis Pro Floater.

This ATX990 looks indeed a bit similar like yours:

Here are also some comments that Kastan has made the higher end one-offs from the 990.
