Found a few pics of some more old friends that have gone to new homes.
The Colnago shot shows some of the bits that were attached to my MXL - including Campag Record triple chainset. I did a lot of miles on that bike.
I never really rated Bianchis, although to be fair I never owned any of their top models. One of these was cannibalised for a Colnago and the rest escaped.
I always wanted to try an Umberto Dei but sadly this one was a disappointment. Looked lovely but was "dead" to ride. Sadly not enough room on the wall to keep it.
Cicli Ranzini. Bit of a mystery - virtually nothing known about the man except he had an atelier just round the corner from the Vigorelli stadium. This bike - cambio corsa shifting. Scared me to death.
