Is this a Galaxy?

I've just bought this 90s Dawes Galaxy, I think. It rides very well and I have no complaints. However I'm confused. The 531 sticker on the downtube says "531 butted seat tube". My other bikes say things like 531 butted main tubes or 531 frame and forks etc.
Does this mean that there is only 1 531 tube on the bike. The bike weighs 13kg so in the weight range for 531 but still confusing.
Any ifo/thoughts welcome. Scuze the banana in the pic.

From around 1998 Dawes were getting frames from all over the place Vietnam, Czech Republic and Taiwan but I'm sure they were all 531. Hard to see on the photo but does your have a Union Jack decal?

Yes. Union Jack decal with "made in great britain by hand" plus other decals saying the same. One with a handprint on the toptube/crossbar.

Yes. Union Jack decal with "made in great britain by hand" plus other decals saying the same. One with a handprint on the toptube/crossbar.

I'll see what I can find, it looks to be a later model with its cantilever brakes but I thought they were importing frames by that stage :?
