Is it possible to convert a normal front mech to e bracket?

I posted something fairly similar not so long ago, apparently the frame has to have a bolt hole for mech plate to attach too and also a wider BB designed for the mech, but there is a way of using something else if the frame hasn't got the bolt hole in it, I can try and find the topic if you like, think it was under xtr bb mounted front mech

Sorry just read it again, do you mean actually convert a actual normal type front mech to be a e type front mech, not run a etype mech on a normal frame.

Yeah thats what i meant but managed to find one in USA
