Probably been said on here before, but just in case any new members have not spotted this, an idea I found yesterday.
Whilst re-cabling my Klein ( been using 1x since I built it up ) I was unhappy with the bottom pull derailleur cable going through the frame hole,it not having any cable inner to protect the frame. Being a tight Yorkshire man and only needing a small amount of inner, I found that the straw from a spray can fitted lovely. Not sure if it was a WD40 can or Servisol switch cleaner, but either way it works great with a little oil.
