ID help needed, early West Coast Cdn content

So who was that off-shore work farmed out to? I have a frame with serial I91030076 It was 100% NOT a Rocky. Still wore its original paint and decals when I got it. Im lead to believe it would have been a Canadian import through Concorde/Veltech who may also have been American Eagle/Veltech in the US, That frame shares some of the features of Steve's , noodle and forward clamp but cable routing is different and must have been from 91. I will post pics when I get home
 
here are a couple shots of mine, including the serial. I know what this was sold as prior to the respray, it and another smaller framed version I grabbed from Shamobius in the fall. I will force my kids to go outside this summer and they will be riding retro. :twisted:

Having lost interest in the frame with my new project on the bench, I decided to pull the BB, to my surprise, its a UN-72, and 110mm, nice! I was actually going through my bin last night trying to find a BB for the Equipe.
