Ice Alu-Lite cranks....anyone use 'em? Any good?

Pretty happy as they only cost me 20 squid, can't find much infos though....seem well-made, and suit the bike well I reckons (show off... ), never heard of the make though so wondered if anyone else used them and what sort of level component would they be (in case I'm bringing the rest of the bike down....buggering bike snob)?

They look very like Sugino, I'd hazard a guess that's who made them.
