It's a bit unusual and I keep going back to look at the ad.

What are peoples thoughts?

The sticker on the frame and fork is a minor thing - the thin tubes, unusual lugs, seat-stay cluster, front seat QR, and strange canti-hanger are what I keep going back to. Many things scream cheap & nasty but cheap is usually quite uniform rather than strange.

Actually I also think this looks intresting.
It's very filigrane with that obviously small tube size diameter.
Therefore to me this isn't a Raleigh although for other things there are some similarities.

Is the matte Black color just a rattlecan paint job?
