Hub for 5 speed freewheel, 120mm dropout?

Hi

I've been given an early 80s Falcon. I'd like to get some new wheels, but still use a five speed cassette. Are there new hubs out there to fit the 120mm dropout? Or will I have to look out for old stock?

Any advice/recommendations welcome!

The above are a good price for Campag Nuovo Tipo. Are you sure you don't need 126mm by the 80's ?
