I think Paul Brodie did a similar affair with a Nuke Proof. Find it on his you'tube channel.
Cost = far in excess of the value of the hub.

I did approach Hope and asked if they might consider a single / batch of hubs to repair but predictably they were (politely) unable to help.
Yes, cost to manufacture new flanges could be silly. Didn't know whether anyone might have made one good one from two bad ones....

Very nice work (on all of the bike)! Presume it was originally bonded / removed with heat?

If I recall, the cracked original flange came off easily; the original adhesive probably de-bonded with age, or when it cracked.
