Until just days ago I hadn't noticed any physical difference between these brakes aside from the Evo etching on the main body. I was enlightened when I replied to a wanted ad and learned that the piston end was different and the lever had a roller rather than the simple end that pushes the piston.
Mind blown.
Are there any other differences?
I ask as I'm building a bike with standard hope techs in black and team green, and wondering if it's worth the faff to swap in some Evo pistons and levers.
I was planning on servicing them anyway so worth it while doing it? I have some evos in silver I can swap parts over from if it's a worthwhile endeavour.
