Hope C2 / Pro Lever bits and hose

Hi I'm looking for the following;

6mm hose for the old Hope disc setups, ideally new, in black and enough to do a rear brake (2 meters worth). All modern hose seems to be 5mm..

Resevoir adjuster cap - the cap with the pump up adjuster, these are silver with 'hope' machined in and are connected to the screw down black anno cap. Again, ideally NOS or one without scuffs or scratches. Would consider a complete lever if it's easier.
