Hope C2 Calliper 4 advice/adapter

Hi all,

First post, hoping someone will be able to help me out/point me in the right direction.

I have a Hope C2 (Calliper no 4) fitted to a 96 Marzocchi Z1 on my 95 Hahanna (see pic, its not a great pic sorry).

When I bleed the brake it works for a short while then looses all pressure, doesn't work at all and a piston sticks.

I've put new seals in the lever and calliper but its still not working - next step is to try new cir clips, spring washers in the level and possible a new brake line, I assume air is getting in to the system somewhere. Does anyone have any other ideas?

Alternatively I may need to replace the brake, does anyone know if there was ever an adapter to go from the 48mm mount on the Z1 to a 51mm IS mount?

Have you split the Caliper it might be the piston seals, as for an adapter yes a guy on here makes them but I cannot remember who off the top of my head. But have a search it’s quite a big thread I think.
