I am assuming you need an adapter because the Mini caliper (IS) won't fit straight onto fork mount (IS) over the 203mm disc?
There must be loads of 2nd hand Hope +20mm and +40mm IS to IS adaptors around because I have some on bikes and another couple as spares. You don't need to use a Hope one since the fork and caliper are IS, so most other makes will fit. I've used them with Hope stuff as well.
That's the thing about International Standard designs they are standardised so every component should fit.

I think you have been confused by the adaptor page on the hope site. Although they aren't listed at the bottom the page itself specifically mentions the HBIS20 and 40.
Also a quick Google for 40mm Is adapter will get a load of hits. CRC and eBay come top.
