Help with Tune AC 16+17 quick release

Hi there! Anyone familiar with Tune quick release? The front quick release looses the little pin and the lever can be removed on open position. When it’s closed there is no problem, everything is locked and secured. I also wrote an email to Tune and I’m waiting for the reply. If someone has any idea how to fix it or had a similar problem let me know.

I haven't heard great things about the customer service so maybe don't expect a reply any time soon from Tune.

I think a little doo-dah called a Roll Pin would be better than that thing in your palm. They come in various sizes , but do need a precision hole to work properly . unless you have really good measuring tools, a good pillar drill that hasn't got a wobbly chuck, and some new drills that make a round holes, and not a triangular holes, then it is a nice little job for your local machine shop. The kind if thing that they can fit in at some point for some beers/bottle of vino.
