Help - trying to date my ‘Stars and Stripes’ Cannondale

Hi, I was wondering if you could help me date my Cannondale CAAD 5 ‘Stars and Stipes’ Cannondale. I’m assuming it’s a F1000/F2000. But also any help on model and the what the livery/paint job was for would be greatly appreciated. I was thinking it’s a MY2000 but think it could also be a little later.

I’m looking to build it as close to period spec as possible.

Vintage Cannondale has all the info you need. Start with the serial and work from there
