Help required with re install V- Calipers

posted in 1998 and above section, pm'd @ Clubby for advice in McRetro and he sugggests asking for help

there were no long springs on removal and i cant seem to tighten locking bolt down due to spring engages with frame but bolt wont turn iindependantly ??


HELP PLEASE !
