Help identifying this bike. Make and model.

Hey guy. Had a good response on my last question I posted.

I have a few bikes that I’ve come across. Can any body help identify them. Make and model ect.

You may need to strip the thick paint off the lugs, b/b etc.

It's got some nice stuff, late 60s-70s, those lugs look fancy.
The paint looks like hammerite.
It's very unlikely they stripped the old finish off to do such a cr4p job, so with care and a hot air gun you might be able to reveal original transfers.
A bike with its manufacturer identified is worth a lot more than a mystery.
