Help identifying an Italian bike

Could anyone help identifying this Italian road bike? I acquired it from Italy, it has Campag Valentino rear mech so I am assuming it is low end/mass produced but I cannot make out the decals. Has anyone any idea please?

It could be a semi top end frame built by anyone of the multitude of frame builders in work in Italy in the 80s/early 90scould have been decal ed with own name or the name of the company supplied to, when you consider the frame builders listings were like a telephone directory it's a bit of a guessing game unless it has only to that builder features even the frame #may not reveal the source as it could be stamped by the supplied to shop/company

The top tube decal remnants suggest 'Record', but the other doesn't spell out 'Moser'.

USA-based bikeforums site via C and V subforum could maybe answer - they can be quite hot on 'Italian' bikes and a vastly bigger audience.

Re:

The decals, if original to the bike, would make this a Saporito Record.

There are two examples on one of the Italian bike forums. The lug cutouts on @Davesvord's frame seem to match one of the examples.
