Help identifying a bike by an out of focus headtube badge?

Its an ad for a bike, decals taken off but the headbadge sticker is still there. I swear I've seen one before but can't put my finger on it and it's driving me mad. I'm considering buying the damn thing just to find out. Any ideas?
