Help ID this switch blade type rigid fork

Cleaning out the mancave. Moving to other projects and will be putting this fork up for sell. I rescued it from a pawn shop a few years ago (You guys across the pond have a different name for pawn shops?) Pretty sure it is a Tange Switchblade. Is there anymore to know beyond that? Do the heart shaped details on the inside of each fork leg indicate anything? They also have fender eyelets.

A bit of info can be read here.

think the heart was there for a stop ,but cant quite remember who built them..they do look like switchblades though

there tange switch blades both pairs ive had have had the heart stops and ive seen another nos in box that hearts and another that was nos that had a spear head arrow  ;) the arrow one was tange prestige the heart was i think tange infinity tubing

They look like the type that were OE on some 91 /92 Haro's - is there an allen head bolt to hold the steerer tube in at the back?
