hi , i've bought some grafton spares on ebay de , the seller doesn't speak english and don't take paypal , so him sent me 2 mail with wrong swift/bic code ( international code ) and no more reply to me
i have code for pay a bank inside Germany and i need that 1 guy pay for me
obviously i'll before send him money with paypal ( 20 euro )

Ebay requires sellers to accept paypal. Personally I don't like the sound of this transaction but what is his feedback like?

270 feedback with 100% positive
i've bought sometime with bank-transfer
before the end of auction he replied me that shipping here wasn't a problem

Your English is good. I think 270 is high enough feedback to be trusted and its only 20 euros not 2000.

Sorry, to correct you. Older german accounts (as the one i have; i´m a member since 2001) have the option to exclude "modern" payment methods like payboy and the like. Only normal bank transfer (payment in advance) or payment upon collection might be options for that seller.

Very good, but this RBer just wanted to know if he was in danger of being ripped off so I think that caution was the best response.

It's very common to use a direct bank transfer on Ebay.de.
Many people don't use PayPal: Either because they don't trust it or they don't want to pay the fees.

If your ebay account was originally registered in DE you would automatically see the seller's IBAN/BIC details on your screen.
I had this problem several times with Ebay.de: The seller assumed that I could see their IBAN info and was waiting for my payment.... meanwhile, I was waiting for them to send me their PayPal info.

For language problems: Use "Google Translate". It's good enough for Ebay messages.

yep , is a berliner , but yesterday i've sent payment with a friend that works in bank
