Headset canti brake hanger 1 1/8"

Has anyone got one of those headset washer/brake hanger combo things that you route your front brake cable through if there's no stop on the stem?

Need a 1 1/8" one if possible, nice and cheap!

For threaded or threadless system?
For threaded system I've got few, which can go for shipping costs
