Headset bb post and some flouro stuff

Morning all: I am looking for some cheap and cheerful bits ( and one probably impossible thing, but hey )
I need a 1" headset, 115 - 118 BB ( 68 mm shell size ) a 26mm seatpost and, er... a Blackburn or similar rear carrier in flouro green or yellow. None of this stuff needs to be sparkly, and I expect the carrier will be hard to find but the rest just bread and butter stuff will be fine: it's going on an 88 Fire mountain so nothing exotic or it'd look out of place

Hello from M21 you could consider powdercoating a suitable rack? CRC do UN26 BBs cheap and I've a few cheap & cheerful 1" headsets kicking around

How about this lovely lime green rack, good cond., with bracket.
Would like £8 + it will be a medium parcel so £5.20 to post. Call it £13.
Not so hard to find after all.
