Have Montage Frame to turn into Tourer, parts needed please

Hope I'm in the right place if not please kick me off and point me in the right direction, thanks.
I was kindly given the Raleigh Montage by a member, I also purchased two Mavic M6 oxygen rims which I shall hopefully use.
Me being me have gone out way ahead buying Deore M592 Derailleur's, HG41-8, 11-34T Cassette & a KMC X8.99 chain, oh and some shifters :roll: :roll: with brake attached that I don't like.

Now the bike is on my new stand, and it's starting to hit me, what type of chain set, bottom bracket, head set I'm 18 stone, which hubs for my Mavics ???? :facepalm: :facepalm:
WHY AM I SUCH AN IDIOT ? :facepalm:
I'm more than happy to take this shiny stuff back and buy more in tune with the bike, but also hopefully I will use it to do some miles on.

So any advice on head set, bottom bracket, forks ? would be gratefully appreciated.
I'm more than happy to pay for suitable bits obviously.

Well where to start, let's see eh!. Right. Crankset/chain set its the same thing, bb length & type is dictated the chain set make & type. Headset size & type is dictated by the frame headtube size, fork type, steerer tube diameter (internal & external) as these can be either 21.1mm or 22.2mm internal even though the external is 1 inch, length & type i.e. threaded/threadless, then you to measure the steerer tube & then subtract the length of the headtube & this gives you the very important stack height. No all you need to do is pick what colour want buy it, fit it job done. Need anymore info ?, just ask.
