I believe Tom Board was an apprentice frame builder with Harry Rensch.
Lovely, but somehow the combination of newish paint and old parts doesn't work for me - either full resto or sympathetic oily rug and some retouching if needed on the frameset if the old, unpolished and a bit rugged parts are to be used. The in-between is the most difficult to achieve and many bikes I see (including some of mine 
) look kind of strange as does this one. My opinion of course, others may disagree.
