The frame rides fantastically- compliant and springy. It is a handmade custom steel frame from Mike de Salvo in Portland, Oregon from a mix of Reynolds 853 and True temper OX Platinum. It is very light for a steel frame at just 4 lbs. Size is a 17 C-T and 16 C-C but with a long top tube of 23.8 horizontal which means masses of standover. It is 26 inch wheel size. I have had the frame from new in 2002. It is V brake not disc and there is a pair of carbon rigid forks with v long steerer that comes with the frame. When built up the bike weighted 18.5 lbs only.
Condition of the paint is very good for a 12 year old frame which has no dings or dents.
