HüGI 240 hubset

Hi folks,

can anyone name the exact year these were made?

They are from the 90's for sure. But are they early
90 (1990-1993) or mid 90's (1993-1997)?

I think that they are much later. I have a pair on my road bike running a 10 speed campy cassette.

Well it doesn't matter if 8-, 9- or 10-speed, they all
have the same width (cassettes). Shimano used 8-speed
cassettes with XTR (1992).

Campagnolo specific cassette body. Possibly 10spd only, 9spd poss, deffo not 8 or 7spd.

This has a Shimano cassette body.

Hub shells are the same. I also have a shimano freehub body, they are easy to change just pull one off and press the other one on.
The same goes for swapping between 130 & 135mm old, pull off one spacer press on another.
Campy body is a genuine Hugi part

I am aware of that and I do not doubt if the Campy cassette
body is genuine or not. I would like to know the year these were
made.

Servus Peter,

have the same set of HÜGI 240 (DT Swiss) in black. They came OE with a 2003 KTM Silberpfeil bike I bought. So I would also guess, that yours are arround end of the 90's early 2000's. Never the less, they are nice piece of kit
