After my image hosting was deleted (forgot to pay...), I rescued a lot of pictures and updated the thread. Images could have ended up in different posts, but it's better than no images

BTW, this is the current incarnation of the bike. The Syncros post creaks a lot at the head, any ideas on how to fix it? Maybe add soem lube here and there?

Creaking Syncros post? Have a look at the bolt holes, I've got one with a hair line crack in it.
