Yep that’s a 95.

That's very helpful thanks. Always good to know the provenance! Do you have an image of a 93/94 dropout for comparison?

I can certainly take one but basically it’s completely flat rather than having that small section cnc/pressed out on the inner side. They changed that for the 95 model year and then obviously the whole thing changed in 96.

That's okay no need to bother. Looks like mine would have been one of the first 1995 model year frames then. I'll let you know what Mag 21 SL Ti's end up looking like!
