Wanted Gripshift SRT-800 X-Ray shifters

My left hand shifter succumbed to the usual cracks in the clear plastic a while back, so I'm looking for either a single left/front shifter in Clear plastic, or a pair of shifters in clear or smoked plastic.

Thanks for the offer, but I'm using a Shimano rear derailleur, I think the ESP shifters are 1:1 actuation for the corresponding ESP rear mech?

Oh yeah, forgot about that. It would be interesting to know whether the housings are the same and maybe the internals can be swapped to give the correct cable pull?
