Can be a real good project if the rust under the top tube is not bad.

hmm no thanks, I'll just watch the youtube videos of Paul Brodie rebuilding the P22 on his channel - its kind of therapeutic watching someone else do all the hard work.

Still it's hard to tell how structural the damage from the rust is looking at the pictures only.

You are taking a big risk though if you were to buy it and would give it less than 50% chances of paying of.
