Giant Cadex CFM dropouts for Singlespeed/Disc modification.

I am looking into getting one of these frames and fancy turning it into a nice lightweight rigid singlespeed for general riding around. I have seen other examples on here that have had new horizontal dropouts made and some for disc brakes and I would like to find either somewhere to get them made up or if there is a CAD file I could see if I could find someone to cut me them out of a bit of plate. It is the frame with the twin bolt dropouts on both sides like this.
