Found this bike but not sure if it is Geofrey Butler bike. Cant find Similiar. Serial no 004974. Reynolds 531. Underneath and on Fork steerer. Campagnolo Down tube shifters. Some parts missing over years. GB Srem and Handlebars. Wheels 27x1 1/4.Chainset SR Apex. Many thanks Izak

Looks more tourer / clubman than racer. Nice though.

Cruddy bits and steel wheels would I suspect not be original.

Components is good . Campagnolo Front Derailleur. Campagnolo Down tube shifters. Lot of work to get it on the road. Wheels standard. Did Geoffrey Butler built standard road bikes in 1974. Think its the year of manufacturing. Road bikes bafterr 1979 is top Butler bikes. Izak
