GB stem with “feather cycle” head badge , its origin?

Have a “feather Cycle” head badge vintage believed to be in 50/60s.
GB Forged Hidumium Stem, Brev Campagnolo front and back dropouts.
Anyone can advise its origin ? Year of manufacturing?

We do need a bit more info. Some sharp detail pics of lugs and any joints, might be something individual.
Hundreds of small frame builders in the 50/60s used the same components.
