This is my retro 1996/1997 Gary Fisher XO frame and parts up for sale
I had this frame given to me a few years ago by a family member to do a full retro build but it's sat in my garage ever since.
I now have to many bikes and not enough room or time for this fantastic retro frame.
Spec:
Frame: Gary fisher xo , side butted aluminium ,6061 T6 aluminium ,tig welded URT stays
Fork: Rock Shox Indy SL
Rear shock: Rock Shox Delux with a suntour xc expert thumb adjuster on the bars.
Handle bars: System 1 ATB
Bar ends: Fisher Fish sticks
Shifters: Shimano XT
Front derailleur: Shimano XT
Rear derailleur: Shimano deore
Brakes: front is Shimano LX , rear is Shimano XT with Kool stuff pads
Brake levers: Shimano XT
Cranks: Shimano LX
I was considering splitting the frame and selling everything separate as all the old parts are worth some good money these days but I want to keep it all together.
As you can see from the pictures the frame has a few scratches and some bad cable rub so it could do with the paint being touched up but from what I can see there are no cracks or dents.
The forks and rear shock are pretty much scratch free but would benefit from a service and some new decals to make them look like new.
All the gearing and brakes are in very good condition and pretty much scratch free.
The bb, headset and all cables would need replacing as I would say they are 17+ years old.
This would make a fantastic retro ride and I would love to see it out in the woods again.
I've been as honest as possible and would happily answer any questions.
I will post pics when I get home in a few hours
I have no idea what this would be worth. Il say £100 but please be honest with me if you think that's to high or low.
