£110 Koga-Miyata Road Runner Touring Frame – a classic older 700c lugged steel frame, brand new 105 1” threaded head set, 57 c-t seat tube, 56 c-c top tube. Bosses/braze-ons for : canti or v brakes, mudguards front and rear, a rear carier, a low riding front carier with eyelets on the inside and outside of the fork blades, 2 water bottle bosses, frame lock mounts on the rear seat stays (dutch lock), bottle dynamo boss. 130 mm rear spacing.
£75 Giant 700c Touring, Hybrid, Cyclo Cross, Frame – TIG welded, 1” threaded head set, 19” frame with sloping top tube good for someone 5' 6” to 5'8. Bosses for canti/v brakes, mud guards front and rear, a rear carrier, 2 water bottles, 135 mm rear spacing.

Tiagra Long Cage Rear Mech - RD-4400
You can have the Tiagra 9 spd STI brake leavers that came with it. I remember the rear, right shifter catching some times when shifting up to a higher gear. It could just be some dirt inside but I don't care enough to put it on a bike to try it out.
