Perhaps some form of circlip or washer required beneath the lever arm? Are the cables new and greased etc?

Thanks very much. Cables are next. I’ll try packing the lever arm with a washer too.

Double forks were doable by someone. And electric with a disk brake.

Sadly this happened yesterday to my front hub, fortunately I have a spare front wheel but i'd really like to replace the hub.

Does anybody have any leads, it looks like they've gone out of production.
