Frame identification

my friend has 2 frames he needs help to identify...not my era, can anyone offer some clues?

Picture not much clear and doesn’t seen any frame number. Frame number will be very helpful for the identification.
Can you submit a pic of the whole frame and the frame number if any?

Sorry for the delay and poor pics, the frames were sent to Bob Jackson for repaint , the ivory frame had been identified as a Knights of Harrow, and the purple frame is a Scott, both identified by Jackson’s ; I’ll pop up some post restoration pics

From what I could see from the piccies, the frames looked rather nice.

Looking forward to seeing the pictures of the repainted frames and the rebuild!

Just had a peep at the Knights of Harrow catalogue from 1949...

You could go to town on the paint job with the lugwork..... can't wait to see it finished.
