Frame/bike identification

I just picked up this lovely little thing..... Not knowing anything about it really, I was just drawn by the looks.

The only thing I know is that it's a Schuaff.... German, mid 90's by the components. It's very light, solid and lovely to ride.

Rear cone dropouts are marked Ritchey.... Wether it's a Ritchey frame I don't know.

Anyone one of you knowledgeable lot able to offer any info on it?

Ritchey dropouts are the signs of Ritchey tubing used for the frame
