MR ZERO any mention of the oil capacity in there

have a dreadfull squishing noise and i think the oil may be knackered so will strip it and change it , just need to know how much to put back in

The difference between a Fox4 and Fox5?? Now that I get what the "R" stands for, I would like to know why I would run one rather than the other and if they are interchangeable.

Slim - iirc - the Alp shock is nitrogen charged - so I'm not sure if its home serviceable (?)

No mention of oil capacity that I noticed. That may be something that could be answered by an email directly to Fox. I actually could actually use the information as well. If you don't beat me to it I'll shoot off an email to Fox service when I get back home next week.

It's been my impression that the Alps5 replaced the Alps4, but I'm really not sure what the difference is between the two.
