I've got a set of the older style, curved brace vanilla forx on my son's bike. I forgot until today that I have a set of new lowers from a newer float fork that I took off a brand new fork before use as I swapped them out for v lowers (the ones with the angular brace).
Are the lowers compatible I e. Can I transplant the float lowers on to the older vanilla uppers?
I've done many a fork rebuild and transplant, but usually from the same era of fork so not sure on this one.
