Formula Orange Road Bike

The Orange Formula road bike that Steve Wade built for his personal use in approx 89. Columbus Max frame with monostay rear stay and sloping top tube. Other than the wheels and pedals it's all original spec, mainly DA 8sp. Its in need of a little TLC and really needs a respray. I have seen this bike mentioned in other threads but no picture so thought it should be posted.

Yours looks to be Columbus Max tubing - theres 12 sets of those tubes left on the planet, mine was humble old SLX

yes according to Steve it was columbus max, i will get better pics of it tomorrow

Simply superb. Can’t wait for further pics. Makes my Orange 1993 Dynamo seem very ordinary..
