Hi Everyone, reposting thread as the bike is still for sale.
1997 GT Xizang 18" GTX9762
The frame is almost mint condition with original undamaged decals, no dings, scrapes, scratches, chain suck etc.
The images show the condition as it is now although it has the red slick tyres on - only temporary ones!
2 Previous owners
First owner hardly rode it due to damaging his knees and it then sat in his garage unloved for 10 years.
Second owner who I bought it off is a member on here and was a very honest chap who loved the bike and built it up as it is now-
I have owned the bike approx. 3 years and in that time it has sat in my garage or in storage facility
I have rode it up and down the road approx. 2 - 3 times. So it has had a very easy life.
Components were all sourced by previous owner for the build and are either NOS, new or mint/Excellent used.
Spec:
Rock Shox XC C3 Dual Air currently on the bike
On red slick tyres - sorry! They were temporary tyres as originals were used on another bike.

Panaracer pascela 1.5 road tyres - New unused
XTR M952 shifters NOS
XTR M952 brakes incl new ceramic pads & titanium fixing bolts - Used mint

Kore seat post - Used Excellent

Cables (Gears are XTR PTFE type) - NEW
Salsa seat post clamp - Used mint
Pedals not included
The bike is well worth a look - it took ages for me to find one this clean and genuine in this condition.
