do you know the (horizontal, C-C) top tube lenght? is the 19" frame size measured C-T? thanks.

Well the frame number is B19828 and according to some else one here says
"Andrew says that means it's the 828th size 19 they made"

horizontal, C-C is around 23" ( it's a little dark in the man cave to get down to mm )

And have done the C-T and is 19"

thanks how is that rear brake cable guiding solved at the seattube, is this original? is it abled to mount also cantis / has something like a counterholder?

Effective top tube is 23.5" for the 19" frame.

The alley brake stop front was drilled so the bolt of the cable/hose clamp could go through.

Can take some pic's that may explain better if you want
