Flanged brake cable ferrules

I guess I threw away the pair to this ferrule when scrapping the brake cables on my son’s bike. Whoops! Does anyone have a suitable replacement, please? I’ve got ways round this but they won’t be as neat! Dimensions are:
5mm internal diameter
7mm external diameter
10mm flange diameter
18mm overall length
