i remember seeing a kona with a headshock on it at the malvern classic, that looked really cool. it was on this blokes roofrack, he was driving home when me and my mate were staring at it as he drove out of eastnor park, he stopped and we had a conversation about it. apparently, he had the headtube welded on in the uk, it looked right, geometry-wise, but i dont remember if it was a tidy job or not. looked professional tho.
oh, and before anyone thinks of it, its not worth ruining a zaskasr frame changing the headtube, all of the strength that the frames are known for would be lost.
