A keep you running bit....left hand crank thread is a bit unhappy however it's just come off with no bother....crank extractor goes in and seats happy just a bit baggy on first few turns.
Just had a white spirit and toofbrush scrubadud. rings have life ...think this is deore ...I don't know... not really bothered 4 bolt cranks are not my thing
