It sure is! Very classy build.
Not a big fan of the spacers but without your drop would be back breaking

Yes Graftons do not need a booster but boosters are also used to protect the frame and forks.
Actually you don't need them for rear but front I would protect my beautiful BOI fork against Grafton power
